Kati has a strong background in sales, partnerships, strategy and business development. She was in charge of Finnair’s (Finland’s national airline) commercial operations in the US in 2012-2021 and lead the carrier's successful growth in the US. She also served as the Chair and President of the Finnish American Chamber of Commerce for several years.

She believes reflectors are one of Finland’s best‑kept secrets — and she’s on a mission to change that. With BVIZIBLE Reflectors, she’s bringing this everyday essential to North America, turning a Nordic tradition into a bold, modern movement for visibility and style. 

Aino's background is in the business and legal field. She holds a M. Sc. (Tech.) and a law degree from Finland as well as a law degree from Columbia Law School. She has several years of experience from working in BigLaw in New York with a special focus on corporate & finance law. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association (Bar Admission: New York (2017)).

Aino grew up in Finland regularly wearing a reflector, and today as a pet owner and avid runner, she never forgets her (or her pet's) reflector home. She now wants to promote reflectors all over the world - starting with North America.
